Need help with Stereo Install! 03 Accord EX
 

Sup! I purchased a new kit that basically repositions the dials for the AC and puts the radio in the middle. I purchased a wiring kit that controls the AC however there is only 1 plug coming from the car and hooks up to the new wiring harnest. The smaller end is just there. Can't find where it plugs into.Everything lights up on the panel but I have no control over the AC. Where does this plug go?

The plug that is wrapped in black is the one that I don't know where it goes. The plug over it plugs right into a plug coming from the car. Once I plug them together, the AC kicks right on however, I have no control over it. I am guess the plug in black controls the whole unit.Has anyone installed one of these kits?

Can you post a pic of the dash kit you're using? I just got an 05 Accord, and am about to go all over this car with a new stereo. I've been messing in car audio for about 8 years now, so I might be able to help you out.

so, you bought the other wiring kit that the dash kit recommends using?

its seems like you have the ac wiring kit meant for a dual climate control. does your ex not have dual climate control? i have dcc and it uses two plugs.

btw i didnt mean to be nosy but is that your bike? its pretty sweet

I don't have Dual Climate Control. I guess it's the wrong harness. I couldn't find any other harness though. I thought that was the only one. And yea, thats my bike. IT"S for SALE just incase anyone is interested lol.

I think that taped up plug is for a CD changer.
