RADIO CONTROL

hi, i have an '88 accord lx. i recently removed the radio control from the steering of another accord that originally had it. my car did not come with this control but since since it's the same car it fits perfect on the steering wheel, my question is will this work on my car and control the radio just by putting in my steering? is there any other piece of hardware somewhere in the car that actually makes it work? this radio control comes with the cruise control and and extra couple of wires. anybody who knows anything please let me know, it will be cool to have this on my steering.

RE: RADIO CONTROL

There may have been a wire that you connect. as after market ones have... im not sure.. and maybe your radio does not have this function either. just a thought.
