Removing 2013 Door Panel Help!

Hello,

I know there was already a thread posted, but I am still stuck. The secret to removing the door panel on a 2013 Coupe seems to be hidden under the window switch cover. However, I have pried, pulled, and anything else I can think of to get that off and I cannot. Has anyone removed the door panel of a 2013 coupe? I have a trim panel removal tool, didnt help. I am afraid of breaking it or damaging the rest of the door panel.

If anyone has done this and has any tips, pointers or advice it would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if anyone has removed the rear deck cover to access the rear speakers, how this is done would be great as well.

Thanks!

Jaret

Did you read following thread and video?

Prying is tricky and you need to know which end is hooked into panel and which end pries up. Sorry I don't know.

good luck

I found it out. For those that might want to remove a door panel: there are two screws behind a plate behind the handle, a screw behind a plate behind the grab handle, and then under neath the pull handle, there is a rubber grab pad that needs to be removed that exposes another screw. After that, its just a matter of unsnapping the panel and it comes right off. The window switch cover does not need to be removed from the door panel. I think thats it, might be missing a screw :)
