Replacing stereo head unit/lcd screen - 2010

I love my 2010 Accord EX but have been very disappointed since the stereo only has a aux jack and not usb ports for the ipod. I have found several converter kits that allow you to hook up the ipod and (somewhat) control from the radio itself. The problem with this is my screen is not able to read the data - titles, artists, playlists, etc - from my ipod since I do not have a XM ready unit.

Does anyone know where I can buy a screen that will read that data?

Alternative, if I do decide to change out the bezel and install a double din unit, will the current screen just be void and only display the clock? Does anyone have any creative solutions?

Some info - I do not have dual climate control and I have the 6 speaker set up.

This is my current:

the screen will not display features with aftermarket.

to be creative, some people put aftermarket NAVI in the upper part, or a small monitor and a backup camera, etc.

you would need to swap the entire unit to get ipod controls to display, but it would still sound the same. an aftermarket head unit will improve sound performance.
