Verizon phone charger causing blown fuses?

I have a 2005 Honda Accord. The radio is not working. I had a friend check the fuse and when he took it out and put it back in, the radio worked again. I have had to do this several times to get the radio to work. Now, the radio does not work at all and my friend says the fuse is not blown. After talking with a service manager at a dealership, he told me Verizon chargers causes fuses to blow. I understand there are two fuse boxes. Is there another fuse that I need to look at that could be causing this or should I just get a new fuse and try that? anyone have this issue?

And how can you tell if a fuse is blown?

Do not use your charger in the car anymore..also take charger to your phone provider and have them check it out..

You were in the wrong forum ... so I moved you to this one.
Please watch where you post things :)

if you remove a fuse and insert it again and the radio works, that's a sign of a bad connection in the fuse box or a damaged fuse. replace the fuse with a new one #1. There should be two fuses for the radio - one is battery constant and the other is on the ignition. The owner's manual will tell you where both fuses are.

I don't see any difference between Verizon chargers and any other model - they are all charging a similar battery at low power, maybe the Verizon chargers aren't well regulated or charge at a faster rate. That said, the battery determines the load, not the charger.
