Touring but no Adaptive CC?

Hi all. I live in Vancouver and I bought a brand new 2013 Accord V6 Touring. My understanding is that it is supposed to have a Adaptive Cruise Control but apparently it does not. The Collision warning system is there but no ACC? When I purchased the car you could add nothing except some accessories (like cargo nets) and skirts. Is this option offered only in the USA or there is something wrong here?

I'm wondering if you are thinking the ACC isn't there because you are having problems getting it to work (as I once had) or because the ACC does not show on the display when you push the "Main" button.

Well, I do not have a "Main" button. Actually doing some research on the net I found out that the Canadian version of the Touring does NOT have ACC, just the normal CC. Instead the Touring gets heated rear seats and 18 inch wheels that supposedly the US version does not have.
I still do not understand the logic behind it but...

Too bad.

My wife insisted that whatever car I bought that it had to have the ACC. She was impressed with it when I had it on a 2008 Avalon. Of course to get that meant buying the touring model and having to wait 6 months for it to be built. Not to mention the extra cost.
