Anti Theft

Anybody know a good way to protect my 97 accord from being stolen. I have heard of kill switches but not too sure. I have also thought about buying this

Amazon.com: Crimestopper SP-400 Car Alarm with Remote Start, Keyless Entry and Engine Disable: Car Electronics

my old man is a mechanic so he could help me out putting it in.

Thanks

I don't know about the kill switches, I feel like they could be used against you. If you car is manual you just decreased the chances of the car being stolen by 50% if not more.

How could a kill switch be used against you? The thief moves it and hides it somewhere else as a joke? It's just another layer of security...

My 96 accord got broken into the first week I had it. I bought a similar alarm system and installed it myself. It has a built in starter kill, but if you added another fuel pump kill switch hidden somewhere that would be a good idea I think.

an assault rifle??

ooo better yet how about a self destruct option on the car.. basically, if it's broken into it should blow up sending the dude breaking into it to hell.. although i don't know how insurance would react to that..
