Question Subframe removal-HELP!

I am going to have to replace the rack and pinion as well as the subframe where the bracket that holds it in place on the drivers side, the bolt sheard off from the subframe and now is loose. Any input is greatly appreciated!

I'd like too jump in here and ask a question. Im getting ready to swap out my engine on my 99 honda accord (v6 vtec) I've been told that there isn't enough room for just the engine to cone out the top and to just drop the engine and trans together from bottom. In your comment to someone else you said the frame is unibody. Someone told me you need to remove subframe or k frame? You have any info that will help me do the swap thru the bottom? Only done top engine removal on rear wheel drive before.
