1991 Accord 4cly.engine miss
 

1991 Honda Accord 4cly. Ex. My wife says while going down the road the engine will "miss" once she calls it a buck. If only does this now and then. I have not been able to get it to do it while I was driving it. Any ideas?

This could be a misfire due to spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, or rotor.

Also could be an EGR miss due to partially blocked EGR distribution system and ports into the intake manifold. Try disabling the EGR (plug vacuum line to EGR) and see if problem improves. The Check Engine Light may come on when you do this, so an ECU reset (pull BackUp fuse (7.5A) in underhood fuse box for 20 secs) will clear the code. If problem improves the EGR system blockage is very likely.
