1997 Honda Accord SE F22B2 Build or swap?
 

I'm new to modding but I have my 97 accord special edition with the F22 non vtec, 4 speed auto. I want more power. I want to know if it would be best to swap for the h22a/h22a1 or just build up my current F22. I am open to anything. I want to keep it auto, but would try anything haha. If anybody has instructions for the H22a/H22a1 swap for the F22B2 with auto transmission that would be great, cause I can't find any instructions and "supply lists" to do the swap from a non vtec haha. But anything would help. So let me know :)
Current mods: Spyder cold air intake in-fender, performance chip, No passenger and rear seats.
