1998 honda accord ex with T3 turbo
 

My car is idling up and down when at idle but while driving it drives fine can anyone tell me why it's doing this? I replaced idle control valve already! It has a 3 bar map sensor, i bought a 4 bar sensor and the car wouldn't start with that one.
