2000 honda accord shift problem

I have 2000 honda accord SE automatic. when i start driving , i can hear a noise and shake when the gear changes to next gear. The carjerks suddenlt little bit and moves . when i go at more than 30 miles/hr the gear ****s normal/. This happens only when i stop at any light and start driving. I know it has to do something with the transmission. I want to know how much it will cost to fix it. Any idea.:confused:

Any CEL on ? Go get it scan for codes even if there is no CEL on, bad pressure switches may not set CEL.
