2002 LX 2.3 intermittent start
 

I have searched the past year for posts... plz excuse me if this is one of those common problem questions, but I cant seem to see anything regarding these symptoms.

Car is new to me, ran fine every time I drove it when looking at it, brought it home, got in it the next day, car turns over, but no start (not even a little, like there is no fuel or spark). Sprayed starter fluid into MAF ( thru air cleaner) tries to start.... NOT A SPARK ISSUE.

Looked at this forum and found the fuel pump relays were a common issue, took it out desoldered all the connections.... thru it back in, vroom. OK... fixed.

Not so fast guys.... tried to start it a couple days later... same issue. The pump primes, I hear it... AND I loosened the input to the fuel rail and it shot gas all over me.... there is a ton of pressure in the rail. Spray gas or starter fluid in the MAF... it tries to crank.

Im stumped, what controls the injectors to start spraying that I could look at. REMEMBER it will start tomorrow or the next day and run fine.... then just not start again.

ANY help would be appreciated big time.. THANX in advance!!
