94 Accord no fuel cylinders 3 and 4

Hi,

I jus replaced the head gasket on my 94 accord, got it running but it is not getting any fuel to cylinders 3 and 4. Pull the plug wires from these cylinders and the car runs the same. Before the head gasket it ran on all four very well.

I have ensured spark on all 4 cylinders, and I have used a test light on cylinders 3 and 4 at the injector lead and recieve an orange pulsing light when the test leads are on the connector pins.(I get bright white from the injector positive lead and a ground)

I have tapped, removed and cleaned injectors from 3 and 4 to no avail.

Any suggestions before I spend the dough to service the failed injectors?

It seems strange they failed I suspect an ecu or electrical issue although I have double checked all my wiring and grounds.

????

Welcome!
Sorry, but I gotta ask if you swapped wires (firing order)?

Yup, the plug wires are in order. It's not just running rough. If you pull the plug wires from 3 and 4 it runs the same. Spark is present in all 4. No fuel in 3 and 4.

Thanks

Use a piece of scrap garden hose as a stethoscope to check whether injectors 3 & 4 are clicking.

Use your test light to compare the flashing among all 4 injector plugs. Are #1 & 2 brighter than #3 & 4? If they ARE the same, then I'd say you've narrowed it down to bad injectors.
