Default 94' Honda Accord Engine Swap

OK so I'm wanting to do an engine swap on my 94' Honda Accord EX. I've put so much money into trying to fix the engine I have and the car itself ( body, paint, wheels and tires.etc. ) I'm tierd of trying. Not worth the hassle. I'm needing some advise on what type of motor to put in my car. I've been doing little research and was thinking about putting an H22 engine in my car. If I'm correct I believe it has 200 to 220 HP compared to the f22 engine I believe my car has now which is 145 HP. Please correct me if I am wrong. I wanting to know if this is a good idea and a good swap. I'm definately wanting more power. What should I do and will this H22 motor mount up to my stock transmission and motor mounts. What other motors would contain a very noticeable change in power and performance yet fit nicely with no body or chassis modification. Please help. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Looking to get this done in the next few months.

Many have done this swap. If you are wanting a bit more HP then you can do this. Been covered on the internet many, many times.

Not a straight swap, some minor changes - mounts, IAC (?) wires, ps hose, fuel rail and a few others. Also depends on what year the H is out of.

So this will mount to the stock tranny i have and the only things that i will have to swap from my original motor would be the fuel rail, mounts, IAC wires, ps hose? Is there anything else?? What is IAC wires and what is ps hose. Will any model H22 motor fit and is there any suggestions as to what model motor. Also will a 2.3 motor fit in my car? The ones that come out of the prelude. Also called blue tops i think. I would also like to know if this motor will handle turbo and how many lbs of boost would be the max and what is suggested. Thanks for all the information
