95 accord intake leak question

I have a 95 accord that i just got running. I got the car for very cheap. I had to put a timing belt and headgasket on it. I put a new intake gasket on it. The car will start up, but it idles very high and idle surges BAD. 1000rpm-4200rpm. If i unplug the IAC the surge is 900rpm ish to 1100. When i went to pour more coolant in the radiator, i noticed it leaking out from the back of the motor. After some looking under the car, it is leaking from the bolt on the bottom on the throttle body side. I know that is right where there is the coolant passage. Would this leak cause my crazy idle problem also. I am thinking they are the same problem, just a huge vacuum leak there. But im not 100% because unpluging the IAC changes the idle speed. Any input would be great. Im pulling the intake off tomorrow or the next day. I think i might throw in the air surge gasket to while ive got it off. Thanks in advance.
Oh and i looked around for other vacuum lines that could be unplugged, but they are all hooked up. Thanks.
P.S i cleaned the IAC also, no change.
