96 honda accord ex 2.2 vtec
 

I have a 1996 honda accord coupe ex 2.2 vtec with a automatic ttransmission. I currently have 280,xxx miles debating on getting a new motor for it what's a good motor to install and what are some mods I can do to it before I install the new motor. I want to stay with the same motor so I don't have no problems with smoging it. Thanks for the help in advance

IF you have to get a new motor, I'd look into the F23 from a 98-02 Accord.
