Adjusting idle

Do i actually need to use a tachometer and disconnect EVAP solenoid before adjusting the idle screw in park? I own a 1998 honda accord 4 cyl ex my car is idling a lil higher then 750rpm after installing new spark plugs and spark plug wires.

750 doesn't sound to abnormal. Then again I don't know to much about your year. Lets see if anyone else could be a better help.

There is a write up by Jim in the Common DIY threads sticky in the top of the general tech section about checking/adjusting the idle.
