RE: Cam gears, pulleys

30 to 40 hp? I dont know where youre getting that figure from, but your looking at praying for 20hp, you might be able to squeeze a little more out with a new ecu, but youre still looking at the fact that just about everythings stock in the end. All having a larger diameter exhaust and intake does for you is let the engine breath better, and set free the hp that was naturally there. And those figures would be a little higher if you put a cam with a different profile.
Then if youre running the alternator pulley you better plan to never have any form of system in your car. Honda/Denso alternators can still recharge the system even though it has an oversized pulley on it, but most after market ones cant. I found that one out the hard way.

you can get lightweight stock size Alluminum pulley kits... that will allow you to maintain stock alternator output... as far as the HP estimate I was just guessing.... I figured 30 hp with all those mods would be possible... but I could be very wrong too.... just a guess based on the individual dyno's of the components..
