Car dies randomly....

I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with their battery just dying randomly. I drive my 94 accord everyday with no problem. But every now and then it just dies and the battery is completely dead. I have to jump it every time. Anyone have any ideas????

Sounds to me like a bad clamp on one of your wires... it's one of those things that you would never think of and then it'll cost you $7 to fix...

Also check your cable that goes down to your starter and the ground cable to the fram to see if it's correded..

first thing you should do is to have the charging system tested,, ( alternator, battery, cables , ) if it is ok, then chk for a drain in the electrical system .. have a shop do it or you can go to our DIY section,,and read up on the post ( battery going dead ) pg 3 ..

My battery has been dying too. Over night or when its off for a few hours. I have tested the battery, wires, and alternator. I have also changed the clamps on the battery, new and tighter ones.
I have turned the alarm on thinking that may help.

And this morning its dead again. I do have one of those battery recharger. Plug it in the wall-recharge-plug it to the battery- kinda of thing. So iv been starting my car that way for the past two days.

Should i go ahead and checkfor anelectrical system drain?
