car shake/vibrates when idle

I drive 2007 honda accord ex. 2.4 L engine. My car is shaking for some 5 seconds, whenever I am at the stop signal and car is in D mode and AC turns on. I have showed it to 2 mechanics. They are saying it is because of mounts. Is it because of mount? If yes, do I need hydraulic mount or rubber is fine?

It's a pretty safe bet it's the mounts if two separate mechanics indicate that's the problem. As for what to replace them with, OEM mounts are the safest option.

Any idea on using hydraulic mount or rubber mounts?

I'm pretty sure Honda put hydraulic mounts in there for a reason; I'd stay with those.

Depends on which specific mount is bad, so match what's supposed to be there.

Honda likes to use vacuum-operated mounts too. They switch from soft to hard on command from the PCM. I hope the mechanics have checked whether it's a bad mount vs a broken wire or leaking vacuum hose??
