Car shutting off while driving
 

My 1994 Honda accord vtec 2.2 has been giving me problems while I drive when it's hot out side!!! As I'm driving the cel cine on d4 light starts flashing then suddenly car turns off!! I checked the code and it was code 43!! I don't know what to do now.. Last time I drove it the car turned off on the freeway while on fast lane!!! dangerous So plzzz help me!!
