Difference between Jspec and American Motors??? Need feedback ASAP plz

Hey i haven't been on here in a while but i got a good one... I have the V-tec F22B motor on my '94 Accord... a guy i know says he has a JSpec F22 and i can't really see a difference between the two engines.... his came off a '97 Auto... mine is a '94 5-Speed..... how will I be sure its a Jspec motor and that it will fit my car??? I can get it for 400 plus my motor with 180k on it... this one is suppose to have about 45k on it???? What to do?

there is no difference in the quality of construction.......all honda engines including the F series are built to the same quality standards
