Dropped a Screw

1 Attachment(s)
I was working on my '92 Accord today, just checking the air-filter and I dropped one of the screws:

Attachment 24698

Its sorta jammed in wherever it is, how can I get it out? Will it cause any harm?

Looks like it's down by your starter solenoid. It'll be okay there. Try to fish it out and hope it hits the ground where you can get to it.
Statistically, only one out of ten screws (or nuts) dropped under the hood of a 90 -93 Accord will ever hit the ground. Only two out of ten will ever be seen again.
Consider yourself lucky. Next time you go by the wrecking yard, grab one.

Either I'll fish it or pray the road does my job. I have countless nics and nacs I plan on getting from the junkyard next visit.

I can assure you that I'll be more careful next time, like not working in 90 degree weather.

Look like one of the easiest places to access a dropped screw that ive ever seen. Just use a magnetic screwdriver or buy a telescoping magnet? I wouldnt ever leave it in there because it could fall somewhere you dont want it to, like in a pulley.
