Engine Noise and Vibration 1999 Accord

I have a 1999 v6 honda accord 84000 miles. Running with new Timing Belt and Water Pump. I am getting a noise on highways or above 65 mph. Like a 'tik tik' kind of. Steering also have some vibration (reduced a quite after wheel balancing). Is this because of the motor mount? I am also getting vibration on the front left side if I apply the brakes at high speed.

Where's the tick coming from. Could just be stones in the treads of your tires. As for the steering vibration - get an alignment. When your braking and it vibrates - rotors are more than likely warped.

Thanks for the response.
The thumbing noise is coming from the front - engine side. And if I go on low miles, the steering having a low to and fro rotation.

A CV joint? A friend of mine asked me to check over a Suburu she was thinking of buying, car checked out fine and drove perfectly around town with no signs of any problem with the CVs when doing the standard tight turn one way then the other test. She bought the car, but on her way home on the hwy at speeds over 100kmh she got a bad vibration that turned out to be a worn CV. I don't know the exact nature of the problem or any other symptom of it, she had it fixed before I could check it out.

Get an alignment and tell them whats going on and they'll inspect things for you.
