Default engine swap
i want to put a bigger engine in my 93 Honda accord EX i have considered the h22 engine but right now i am considering a diesel engine from a jetta but i would rather stick with a Honda diesel engine. does anyone know where i can find Utah's laws on engine swaps and what diesel engine i could put in my accord

you got endless money to spend on this project?...if not just go with a h22
