f20b auto hard shifting
 

I got an 01 accord coupe with an f20b and auto trans. my problem is if I use the f20b auto ecu it shifts like sh** but runs good. now if I used the stock ecu which was the f23 vtec it shifts good and runs like sh**. im using the f20b ecu and its obd2a. 01 accord is obd2b. I wired up the f20b distributor instead of the stock one. I sent the car to the shop I bought the motor from which is a well known performance shop in my area. this is not the only time this guy has worked on my Hondas so I should have learned my lesson the first time but that is a long story and 10 years of history. anyway... he said Ill get it done give me a little bit. 8 months later car still runs like dump and nothing really got done just sat outside and pulled back in at closing. called all the time and always got we are working on it ill call you and let you know when its done. he even took it to another performance shop which I would never recommend anyone taking their car too ever!!!! and they didn't get no where with it either!! :mad: thinking in my head they will figure it out and my wife will get off my back about it! yea this is my wifes car.:mad: it shifts hard into reverse, shift sometimes funny throughout the gears sometimes but not always, when slowing down and it down shifting into first gear coming to a stop it shifts hard again. the down shift into first coming to a stop and reverse are definitely the worst. I had to start driving it bc wife said she is done with it!! obviously if you put it in neutral when coming to a stop before it sown shifts it don't do it. then when you go to take off it starts off in second gear and when you give it gas it kicks into first then goes like it should. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT!!!! yes I know how to drive a 5 speed and yes I know its not much to do but im done sticking a bunch more money into this car! ive been in the Honda scene for 11 years now and have taken this thing to every Honda person I know and know one comes up with anything. B, D, K, even 2 J series swapped them all and this one stumps me and I just think its bc its a damn automatic!!! lol my first accord swap and hating it!! suggestions please. obd2b to obd2a jumper harness??? rewire stock distributor?? :confused::confused::confused:
