i'm not 100% on that one, but seeing pretty much all h and f series engines are interchangeable i would imagine it would work.

for example i have a JDM H22a transmission on my f22b1

should have posted it originally, but i would not recommend using a f22b1 tranny on the f20b. its going to slow you down considerably.

the f22b1 tranny is not designed to go fast, the gears are long and acceleration is slow, who wants to pay all that money for a engine swap and still have it be slow

i recommend a prelude tranny, short gears, and even a LSD is you get the M2B4.

my tranny took .7 off my 1/4 mile

gas mileage will suffer considerably though, because you will be at a higher RPM at freeway speeds in 5th gear.

yeah but hes not doing the swap to get better gas mileage, hes also going to have to use 91 octane.
