fly wheel help

I got a 94 Accord EX coupe 5spd I want to put a new flywheel in should i go with the Zoom Flywheel http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku Fidanza Flywheel http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku Fidanza Fly Wheel also how much of a increase in power will i have to the wheels i know the Fidanza Fly Wheel </a> takes 30 less hp to spin. Will that 30 go to my wheels or more likely around 20. Also should i get the flywheel insert with the Fidanza Fly Wheel This is the clutch i was thinking about putting in with the flywheel http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku Zoom's Sport Compact Stage 2 . I don't think the factory clutch will do that well with the new flywheel in. Everyones imput would be great

How about this - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/EXEDY...spagenameZWDVW

And this - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FIDAN...QQcmdZViewItem

That should save you a few hundred. Do you live near a Summit Racing?

Fidanza and Exeddy are very good, Toda also, but they are expensive. For a DD, I'd recommend sticking to Stage 1.

Thanks alot Do you guys think the power will be felt though i know it will rev alot faster but how much do you think it will increase to the wheels they say 5+. Since the factory flywheel takes 40hp to spin and the fidanza from summit takes 10 shouldn't that be a 30hp gain i know i loose about 15%-20& from the crank but 5 is a little low with the difference

Do a dyno before you change the clutch/flywheel and do one after. Compare the results.

RE: fly wheel help

dynos = $$... but if you want to spend that much...

Ive always been skeptical of lightweight flywheels... i mean they have a certain weight for a reason... its not like their ONLY job is to have something the starter can engage...
