RE: h22 question
I was kinda wondering the same myself. I know if i were to do the H22A swap, i would definately put a short throw shifter into my 94 EX.

RE: h22 question
[align=left]well I know that it will fit but the short shifter wont help one bit something to do with the transmissions being different ratios I guess

RE: h22 question
A short throw shifter will work. Short throws work by moving the shift cable linkage to a higher position on the stick and/or shorting the stick itself. What this does is create a greater movement of the cable with a shorter movement of the stick.

RE: h22 question
Oh f22 tranny will fit the h22 motor, but the gearing is very different. And depends on which gen accord your using also, one of the generations needs a trans mount to be relocated, that is h22 trans or f22 trans.

RE: h22 question
I used my stock tranny from my F23A4 motor on my H22A tranny. The short shifter will work either way, but honestly, its useless. Use a H series tranny and leave the shifter alone. I have a H22A with a H23 tranny and the gears are straight. Trash the F series tranny. Too long of gears
