Help help with my 97 honda accord
 

My accord will not go passed 25 mph and rpm gauge will automatically redline

Is engine actually revving past redline or only tachometer indicating past redline?

Is engine missing/sputtering? More details.

Have you checked the transmission fluid level?

The transmision fluid is were itneeds to be and the engine is actually redlining

Engine over-reving is likely either a massive air leak or sticking throttle plate.

Sounds like trans is slipping badly?

But if the transmision is slipping then why isnt the light in the cluster blinking its automatic by the way
