Hi everyone, I have a 95 Honda accord of with a 97-01 f20b.

So I have been putting my project on hold for some time now because I have the stock wire harness (obd1) and my motor is (obd2).

The guy I had wire it all up but fried my p28 chipped ecu, so I had to get a p06 and resolder some parts to make it a p28. It ran for a bit but starts at 2 rpm and when it gets to 3.5 rpm (it does this all on its own) I shut it off.

So putting it off till I can find a 97-01 wire harness for a Prelude. Yesterday I was told about a stand alone wire harness, sounds like it might be the way to go. But have 3 questions.

1: what's is the benefits and disadvantages of having a stand-alone wiring harness vs having wire harness straight from a Prelude the year that I need?

2: what are the list of parts that I will need minusing the Standalone wire harness. IE will I need certain sensors, will I need to buy a program, will I need to invest in my own wire?

3: a place in Arizona called built by notorious can build a wire harness for me for $300 plus shipping. Will it be cheaper to just buy a wire harness or cheaper to buy the Standalone wire harness.

Keep in mind I'm a fast learner and I am able to replace anything in or on a car. I just can't diagnose unless I have ran in to the issue myself.

Any thought and pointers will be much appreciated
