Honda Tune Up

Im just wondering exactly what a Honda tune up consists of. Also, because my year Accord is covered by the extended warranty due to the EPA, is that recall just a free tune up or what?

I am getting about 23 mpg whether I drive in the city, or on the Interstate @ 65-70. I know its cold, but I dont let my car warm up for more than 15 seconds, I maybe WOT it once a tank of gas, and I dont floor it from every stop light. So I am assuming (?) that a o2 sensor is going bad. Would that be covered, would a cat. be covered and how do you know when your o2 sensors going bad?
Thanks a much:)

RE: Honda Tune Up

Plugs, rotor, distributor cap, wires, oil, trans fluid. Basically anything that hasn't been replaced, changed, or might be worn out.

Have you done the emmission warranty yet? If not Honda will replace ur plugs, wires, rotor, cap, and engine oil for free. It's good for once if your car is between 75k-150k miles.
