J30 auto to manual swap?
 

Hey I was wondering if there are any manual transmissions out there that will fit in the 99 coupe. Are there aftermarket places making any? What would the cost of the transmission itself be? Thanks.

Use the search function. This topic has been covered multiple times.Acura CL/TL trans will work. The swap will cost in excess of $5,000. You would be better off selling your accord and buying a 7th gen V6 6spd accord

IVE DONE IT, BUT ULL NEED A DIS MOTOR AS WELL TO GET IT BARRED LIKE MINE. IM RUNNING THE TL-S ENGINE TRANS, ECU, HARNESS IN MY 1998 ACCORD V6. HAD TO MOD THE REAR MOUNT. USED 04 ACCORD AXLES. 04 ACCORD SHIFTER BOX AND CABLES. 98 ACCORD SHIFTER STUFF NO WORKY. PEDAL ASSEM. IS 98. USED THE 04 ACCORD M/C. MADE THE CLUTCH LINE MYSELF. MOTOR DOES NOT FIT UNDER HOOD! I LIFTED THE BACK FOR THE MAP. PS PUMP STILL WORKS WITH NEW STYLE, A/C DOESNT YET, EZ FIX THOUGH. ITS ONLY COST ME $3200 SO FAR, INCLUDING THE TWO MOUNTS BROKEN, NEW CLUTCH, TBELT WATER PUMP. I GOT THE SWAP FOR 2500, AND YES IT WAS USED, BUT THE CAR WAS SOOOOO NEW.....I LOVE IT! I CAN SPIN TIRES IN FIRST WHILE I WASRACING A 99 H22 LUDE, HE WAS IN THIRD WHILE I WAS STILL SPINING, BTW I WAS STILL PULLING HIM, GRABED SECONE AND INSTANT THREE CARS, THE 6. HIT ME UP, I DID IT MYSELF AT MY DADS SHOP. IM LOCATED IN TEMECULA....
