I have a 2007 Honda Accord LX. I just replaced the original spark plugs after 140k miles. I was not the first owner. Should I be concerned about engine damage or anything? I can take pictures of the plugs if requested.

Is this a four or six cyl engine?

If a v6, my concern is not the plugs but the timing belt.

I think the plugs on these are good ~105K.

Plugs, even if you ran them 200,000 miles, would be unlikely to cause any engine damage. If the engine ran relatively well befor the plug change, then there is basically a zero percent chance of damage, however, like poorman12 said, the timing belt may well be a different issue.

It is a 4 Cylinder. I have a drive belt handy I just haven't had a chance to install it.

I was worried about the timing belt - the one that controls the cam shaft(s) and crank shaft relationship.

Your 4cyl has a timing chain. So no worries for you :)

The belt you are speaking of is the one that drives things like the alt, ps, ac, ect.....Good idea to change that when you can.

If the plugs were really bad, you might have noticed a bit of improvement in how the engine runs. Otherwise, I don't see what damage they would have done.
