My Ac won't get cold
 

I drive a 1995 Accord. I bought it used from a dealer who had to much freon in the car. I had never checked until it got hot . So i released some of it in the air till it fit properly on the gauge at a good reading. But it still blows hot air. But after doing that when i first started using the air conditioning it made a clicking noise coming from the right vent. This is becoming unbearable to handle. All the fuses look okay . I'm not really sure what to check for i'm not good with cars. Could to much freon have messed up my car. Also what was that clicking noise

First, is the compressor clutch engaging and turning the compressor? If not, no cooling can occur.

If compressor is engaging feel the large AC hose where it comes off the firewall. It should be very cool to the touch normally. If hot, then low charge or faulty expansion valve.

Clicking sound may be a damaged blower fan cage or leaves in the blower. Remove fan (3 screws but 1 is hard to reach requiring a flex extension on ratchet screwdriver). Pull fan motor and check blower cage and housing for leaves.
