my ce1 swap

Hello everyone. Im new to the scene. Am i able to jump rite in and get to business. Im a big honda fan. Ive worked on hondas for a lil while but basic stuff only. I want to do a swap from the beginning. I know alot of people have sucessfully did the swap and alot others are having problems with it. I have a dohc f20b. And i want to put this in my wagon asap. My wagon is a 94 and the motor is obd1. The f20b is obd2. Automatic i forgot to add. I dont want to do a manual swap which everybody does. I want to kepp it auto. This car is my everyday driving car but i have other cars. I have the ecu from the f20b which is a pcb-n51. Ok give me the deal of what i have to do to get this project up and running please and dont hold back. I know everyone says to do the h22 but i want to be the one around my way with the f20b. Everyone has the h22 around my way and they dont want to give up the story on what they did to install. Pleas someone give me the info so i can be the first one on the scene in my area with this motor up and running. My mechanic is eager to start but i want to know as much as he does to start.

What are the state laws where you live?

My thought, the f20 with an OBD-1 set up - more options for tuning - would be the better way to go.....but again in some states that can be an issue.

Tha laws are pretty much like everywhere else. But we have our ways to get inspections. Lol. I already have h22 intake manifold wit sensors. I have the f20b harness which I'll use if I have to cut and splice. I have a complete exhaust and downpipe for f20. Will I need a ecu. Which one. I wanna start this swap by next week for sure. I just don't want to swap and can't use the car because I'm missing parts. Will my ecu work from my wagon. It's v tech obd1 ex model. A friend of mine said it can be done but I don't want to experiment and fail. I want to successfully make it work tha 1st time. I don't want tha car for racing. I want to b able to drive it everyday.

You can call Hondata for the harness plug that has a jumper wire. on it so you can use obd2 on your obd 1 but they told me " why do you want to do that you cant tune obd2" like obd1. any ways the f20 has a immobilizer on it . that why it much easier to use the h22 intake mani and ecu!

So i use the ecu from the h22 also. Or do i buy a chipped one. i already have the h22 manifold, injectors. I want to use the dizzy from the f20 but i do have the h22 dizzy and the crank pulley. So am i going to use my harness being its going to stay obd1.

hello everyone. Well i changed up and did a h22 swap. I didn't want to deal with the issue of the f20b. everything in and motor is running but now im having issues. My cel came on for knock sensor 02 sensor and egr vacuum. I switched pin a6 and a11 and added the knock sensor to d3. Before this car was running really good but with cel on. Since the switch when the cel comes on car loses power like crazy on the highway. Should i just deal with the cel and switch the pins or is there a remedy to fix my loss of power issue. Also are there any diagrams that i can look for out there to help me to connect the hoses and wires on the egr.
