my transmission is acting up
 

I just recently bought a 1994 accord automatic transmission with jdm engine with 30k but the transmission was working fine until today it dosent shift i have too manually shift it the old owner told me he had it replaced from one from a 1993 accord is there a difference in transmissions or sensors i also have to figure out the wiring for the engine cooling fan because they rewired straight into the battery any help would be appreciated thanks for you're time
