Occasionaly Starting/Idle Problems 00 V6 Accord
 

Ive search the forums but i havent seem to have located a concrete answer to this.

2000 V6 4D Accord EX 130k miles. Auto

about 80-90% of the time its fine. 9 times out of 10 Ill start the car and its perfect. BUT for reasons i havent been able to isolate sometimes when i start the car the engine will cannot seem to get stable @ 800rpm or whatever the idle is suppose to be. (its the same bogging feeling when your driving a manual and your going from Neutral to First and not giving enough gas, u feel the engine shudder/strain before either it shuts off or u give a little gas to keep it up)

the engine shudders and turns off. I start again, it turns off. The only way i can keep the car turned on is to hold throttle open a bit. Problem is when i try to go into Drive or reverse usually it dies again. So i have to hold the throttle slightly open whilst dropping car into reverse... which i dont want to be doing even occasionally.

I was wondering if there was anyone who knew whats up? Looking around the forum i found a few people with similar problems, and changing plugs did not help, there was mention of cleaning throttle body and a couple other areas but I dont think there was a "problem solved" for any of the post. help! :D
