oil?
 
i was just wondering how much motor oil does my engine hold? i have a 1999 accord ex v6 engine and what would be the best type of oil to use for my engine you know i race my friends ever once and a while and sometimes do 120mph any help would be great my car has 109,000 miles on it if you needed to know that thanks.

should take about 5 quarts, it will say in your owners manual.

I personally run royal purple, I know a lot of people on here don't like it. Most people like mobil 1 full synthetic or amsoil.

Pretty much any synthetic will be fine if you want synthetic.

Top synthetics are Royal Purple and Amsoil. Some claim RP can leave graphite residue behind.

i run silkolene pro-s 5w40 fully synthetic........ in a h22

my car used to use a litre every 1k but now i'm down to .5 litres
