hey guyswell last time i posted i droped the car on tein coilovers and the rides been great.. i havent been on in around a month or so, my good friend who was helping me hook upour car passed away and its been rough. i really have no desire 2 work on the car since we both were taking time and money into it. well i decided with a bunch of my friends to finally do everything we ever wanted to the car inside and out pretty much in remberance to my friend.. i have a i4 automatic rite now, didint do much work to the engine because of the idea of doing a swap. what do you guys suggest will be the best engine i could get for the car, pretty much the best fit? i do want to keep it an automatic and try and make it the fastest i can. the one engine that came 2 my mind was an acura cl type s 3.2 liter engine. i know they are pretty expensive but its for sentmental value instead. any idea guys would be greatly apperciated. im trying to push for the best i can and make this as quick as possible. thanks guys for your help

i dont plan on droping an engine in it tommrow but soon near mid june but i do wanna do everything i can to the engine before i drop it in place. thanks guys agian for your help

The classic "easy" swap to do is the H22, however you could also consider just re-building the motor with high compression pistons, high output cams and valves, springs etc.... and go N/A or fix up the internals, or do a manual tranny swap and go high boost turbo....

The best engine I think is an H22, (prelude 97-01). Engine is expensive and wiring is a pain in the butt, but u might wanna check if the AT will fit into that engine.
if you choose to change your AT to MT check this out: http://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1237137
I was thinking in doing the same thing, but can't find a good price for a H22 engine, besides, I wanna change my AT to MT first...
Good luck and sorry 4what happed to your friend, it's a good gesture to finish the car!
