ran out of fuel, won't start
 

I ran my 1991 Accord out of fuel. I put fuel in the car 20 minutes later and it won't start. I loosened the plug on the top of the "manifold" running along the injectors and there is fuel pressure there when the engine is cranked but it dosent fire at all. Any suggestions?
