Does anyone know how many miles a full tank of gas gets on a '13 Accord Sport?

Not to be flip, there is no way of answering that question; it all depends upon which engine and transmission combination is built into the car, how the car is driven, and the environment it is driven in.

My old Highlands got around 275 miles. Anyone know an average amount?

Please understand, what one person may average per tank with a 4-Cylinder Accord with a manual transmission WILL NOT be the same as another person with the same car and same engine but with the CVT transmission, in fact, even with the same car two different people will get different mileage. The fact is, some folks may only get 200 miles on a tank, while others may get over 500.
Like I wrote before, there is no way someone can answer your question with any accuracy unless you provide MUCH more data, and even then it won't be accurate as you will most likely not drive the same way as any other individual.

Correct. I was wondering what people have averaged on Sport sedan without the Econ being active.

More importantly, what engine do you have?

I believe the Sport is limited to the 4-Cylinder engine, however, it is available with two different transmissions, a CVT and a real transmission with three pedals under the dash.

OK, didn't know that. Still, like you say, driving habits can be a huge factor.
