top strut bars
 
are top front strut bars goin to make a noticable diffrence or what if i get front and rear

For the front top yes, it helps lessen body flex making the car shift less on a sharp turn, and in general most hondas dont have rear strut bars because the way the trunk is made it has steel across the area where most cars would put a rear upper strut bar, so the rear body flex is much less because of that, but im going based on 6th gens as well I havent really droped the backseats of many 5th gens and earlier

For the Accord, all you will need is the front strut bar. Like marbro said, the trunk acts like a rear strut bar...at least in the 7th gen it does.

well if i take my side carpet out of my trunk itlooks like i can hook up a strut bar there
will it atleast help
or what if i get the rear lower one too or whats up is it not worth it
