does it harm the transmission when accelerating quickly? what is the things that people commonly do that harm the transmission? (auto tranny)

the most common thing people do is drive it hard when it's cold.... accelerating quickly is harder on the tranny than a slow even acceleration since it's forcing the parts together and to mesh more quickly but it's not that big of a deal as long as you don't do it all the time.... towing stuff is harder on it, running pedal to the floor then brake to the floor from stoplight to stoplight isn't going to do it any favors either but all in all it's really designed for people to drive normally, a nice constant acceleration from one point to the next....

how much is a full transmission service like a flush, change the filter and all the other stuff needed to be change?? what are the things need to be change when changing tranny fluid??
