Tune Up?
 

I got a 97' Accord 4 cyl. VTEC Automatic. K theres seems to be very little power in my car. Its all stock. Only got a spectre SRI on it. Does anyone know why the car feels like it has so little power?

Well it all depends on what you are used to driving.
Before I got my Honda, I drove a 91 5.0 Mustang. So of course my Honda felt like weak compared to the 300 ft lbs of torque the mustang was putting down.

How long has it been since the plugs were changed? They are super easy to do and cheap. On yours you are supposed to replace them every 30k miles.
Also check for arcs on your spark plug wires. In a dark garage spray a mist of water over the plug wires and look for blue flashes. if you see any - replace the plug wires.
May also be time to replace the distributor cap & rotor if that hasn't been done in a long time either.

ok thanks. Yea i just bought it and had it for about 3 months but it has 130000+ miles on it. and i dont think its been changed. So yea i think that should help. I only drive hondas. Drove a nissan 240 but dont like nissans. But yea my moms oddesy has more punch than my accord!!!!
