Default VCM and future HP improvments

I just got a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L V6 and this is my first honda. My question to all you guys and gals is how much of a problem has anyone had with the technology end of things? The only thing I have ever messed with is my 1987 mustang and theres not many computers in that. When doing any future increases in HP or any motor mods are computers going to need to be recalibrated everytime? Also what about the VCM system being its an automatic?

Thanks,
JPX

Default RE: VCM and future HP improvments

Currently there is nothing to tune them with besides piggyback V-AFC and F/IC modules. Small bolt-ons are not going to need a retune to get use out of them. At this point there is pretty much nothing available for the 8th gen Accords, so tuning is not really necessary.

You never know what the future holds...
