RE: Timimg Belt
I wish I knew where the oil was going. It may be burning it but it shouldn't be burning oil. I have 203,000 miles on it. I had a whole bunh of stuff replaced on it the other day. Oil cover gaskets and all. The oil still isn't measuring up on the dispstick. I've seen no visual leaks no where. I did notice just a small amount of blue smoke coming from the exhaust this morning. Therefore it may be buring. I'm not sure. The rings were okay and didn't need replacing..

Check your PCV valve (in a rubber grommet on top of the valve cover). If that's clogged up, it can send oily air into the intake pipe.
It's possible that the rings are OK based on a compression test, but the oil ring may not scrape all the oil off the cylinder walls. Then it burns oil but still has sortaOK compression.
Check the antifreeze at the radiator cap (not just in the reservoir). That's in case the oil is leaking into the cooling system.
If you're checking the oil dipstick with the car parked on a slope, then sometimes it would be low, sometimes high, depending on where you park.
If you change oil & add 4.2 quarts (or whatever the book says) then notice it's low, it may be simply that you let it drain more thoroughly.
Hard for us to do much without knowing where the oil is going.

Thanks Jimblake. I just got off the phone with my Honda dealer and this is exactly what they just told me. I'm going to have the PVC Value looked at and replaced.. I figured that the dealership would have replaced that when they did my other services the other week.
