ok i have a 02 4 cylinder F23A1 accord auto tranny. with Tsudo N1 catback exhaust, DC-S headers, CAI, AEM Tru power pulley kit, obx sparkplug wires, ground wires. i was wonderin wut else i can do to it for more power. i dunno if i wanna spend the money on a turbo yet. and dont want to run the risk of nos. wut else is out there that i can do to a F23A1 that will add some more hp and tq. thanks for ur advice

If I were you I would get a cam and maybe do some work to the valve train. If you go radical cam then your will have to do something about the ecu but if you go mild shouldn't be a problem. A cam gear might also be nice to compliment the cam. Realistically, you have topped out the bolt on category, besides the turbo/nos. Everything from here is going to be a little more involved. You could also upgrade the ignition system but I wouldn't expect any huge gains from that.

ive asked about the ecu and its sottered on. or r u talkin about reflashing the ecu? so i am able to change the cams and cam shafts on a auto car?

I guess the simple answer to your qusetion would be to send the ecu to someone who specializes in that sort of thing. I would let them do the soddering or flashing for chip or reprogram. If you want the cam do some research and find out what characteristics you want. Some cams have high power band and a crappy idle or the other way around. Usually the more radical a cam is the worse the idle will be. Also note that when you are researching cams, check and see if you are going to have to get new/different valve springs to handle the compression. Only once you have done all this homework would I start looking into the ecu portion.
Yes you can replace the cam in your auto, just know that the ecu chip world for autos is hard to find.

true power comes from internals and compression... go 12:1 and a true h22 DOHC Vtec head
