what kind of v6 is highly aftermarketable
 
my brother has a 1991 civic hb no motor no trans,now he wants to stick an accord v-6 no smaller into the civic.i have spent the past 3 hours looking for bare accord v6 blocks with or with out cly heads no transmission but must be able to fullyupgrade the engine i dont know what othr info you might need to help me out but if any on can help that would be great

Idk about engine swaps but I searched and this has different kinds of engines and hp charts. http://www.enginereplacement.com/htdocs/engine_swap.htm

the C engines are the best they are in the NSX and the CL3.2 or something like that... good engines lots of aftermarket... the J engines arent as good... a little better power out of the box but personaly... if ya gunna go all out with a V-6 its NSX engine or bust... DOHC true VTEC v-6
